This garlic bread is superior to all other garlic breads, period, end of story. This incredible vegan French onion garlic bread is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. A crusty loaf of bread, sliced in half, slathered with vegan butter mixed with loads of garlic, parsley and chives. Topped with melt in your mouth caramelized onions and vegan cheeses. Baked until golden brown and bubbly. This recipe is ridiculously easy, but will impress every single person who tries it.

What You Need For This Vegan Garlic Bread:
- French Bread: Or any crusty loaf of bread that you like.
- Vegan Butter: I like to use the sticks of vegan butter, normally Country Crock Plant Butter.
- Parsley and Chives: Chopped and fresh.
- Vegan Cheeses: I used vegan parmesan and mozzarella.
- Sweet Onions: Two large ones.
- Thyme, Sugar or Maple Syrup: To flavor the onions as well as some salt and pepper.
- Vegan Beef Broth: I like Kroger’s brand and Ocean’s Halo brand.

This incredible vegan French onion garlic bread is the perfect side dish for all kinds of meals. Pasta dishes, anything with a protein and a veggie, tomato soup, or really any kind of soup honestly. The buttery, onion-y, cheesy, goodness will melt in your mouth and have you instantly addicted. I immediately ate like 4 pieces the first time I tried this bread. The only thing that takes anytime at all for this recipe is caramelizing the onions. However, even that is super simple and hard to mess up.
