Ready to have the best Thanksgiving ever?
Hear ye, hear ye! We are already only a little over 3 weeks away from Thanksgiving! One of my favorite holidays, because…food. I have put together the BEST vegan Thanksgiving recipes to help get you ready to impress everyone! Even your meat eating, anti vegan food relatives!
Let’s start with some awesome entrees!
First, my new favorite thing! These Vegan Crispy Black Pepper Cauliflower Steaks. Served with the most amazing vegan mushroom gravy. These cauliflower steaks will make everyone swoon.
Then, you should definitely try some Vegan Apple Cider Maple Glazed Tofu! It is super fast and easy. So incredibly delicious and makes the perfect Thanksgiving entree.
If you are looking for an entree that you can serve over some mashed potatoes(which are my favorite kind of entree) try either some Vegan Swedish Meatballs, or Vegan Lentil Salisbury Steak!
Having a bit of a smaller holiday and want an all in one perfect Thanksgiving meal? Try these Vegan Mashed Potato Bowls! Crispy tofu and veggies, roasted veggies, over mashed potatoes, topped with perfect gravy!
Now let’s talk about side dishes!
I think the fall side dish I crave the most would have to be this Vegan Fall Pasta Salad! Roasted fall veggies, pasta and a creamy poppy seed dressing! So amazing! This will be on my table this Thanksgiving!
No Thanksgiving would be complete without some stuffing! Try my Vegan Sausage, Leek and Apple Stove Top Stuffing. It is sooooo good!
There is also no way I can live without mashed potatoes. Try these Vegan Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes for a bit of a different spin on the classic!
The side dish my daughter always asks for is my Vegan Broccoli and Cheese Shells! Everyone needs some creamy and delicious mac and cheese for Thanksgiving. Especially if it has hidden veggies!
Okay, on to some killer appetizers!
This Vegan Beer Cheese Dip is the Bomb. Melty and so cheesy. You would never know it doesn’t have dairy in it! Perfect for getting the party started!
One thing I always take to any family holiday get together are these Vegan Savory Spinach and Artichoke Rolls. I brought them once, and now I get asked to make them every year!
I could never forget, maybe my favorite food of all time, not just in the appetizer or snack genre, but of all foods! These Vegan Garlic Buffalo Brussels Sprouts! Brussels sprouts are in season, so take advantage of that. This recipe will make anyone love Brussels sprouts!
Looking for some sweet treats?!
Vegan Dark Chocolate Pretzel Pecan Pie! This is my favorite dessert! Sweet and salty and it can be made totally gluten free as well. Heck yes!
A fan favorite and a recipe I consistently get amazing feedback on is this Vegan Apple Pie Bread! Refined sugar free, so quick and easy and definitely a crowd pleaser!
Another great option for something that feels super indulgent, but is also low in sugar is this Vegan Pumpkin Pecan Pie Bread! Delicious, moist pumpkin bread studded with pecans and topped with a pecan pie filling! So amazing!
These are the best vegan Thanksgiving recipes, and I would love to see your vegan Thanksgiving tables! Eating vegan during the holidays does not have to be difficult at all!
